"Really kind and personable guy...Very professional, and tailored the massage to my needs. Also very receptive to (and asked for!) in-the-moment adjustments to pressure, locations, etc." - Brandon S.

"I have been seeing Dennis for close to two years now. Very professional and always adjusts to places where I am holding more tension. I'll keep coming back again and again." - Kate L.

"Dennis is a wonderful combination of intelligence, compassion and strength. Tell him what hurts and he'll go to town. This was the massage I've been wanting a long time, but not quite getting from other therapists. Feeling much better, and can't wait for next time!" - Heather M.

About Me:

Since 2009, I have been providing clinical massage therapy to help bring pain relief and relaxation to clients. Massage therapy is effective in addressing a number of musculoskeletal and stress-related conditions:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Fatigue
  • Arthritis
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Muscle tension
  • Rotator cuff injuries
  • Low back pain
  • Sciatica
  • Repetitive stress injuries
  • Sports-related tension and injuries
  • Pre- and peri-natal muscle tension and stress

My bodywork approach incorporates traditional Swedish techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching.

I take the time to listen a person's story, what their needs are, and we work together to create a treatment plan that's best for their schedule, budget and comfort level.  Some enjoy and seek deep pressure, but I do not believe massage necessarily has to be painful to be effective. Substantial changes can be made while still creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

I currently work with desk workers, drivers, frequent flyers, fire fighters, and line cooks. I work with individuals who are just beginning or returning to a lifestyle of healthy living, tri-athletes and marathon runners, and those in between. Together, we will create a treatment plan that fits you.

If you have any questions about massage, or would like more specific information about my approach and training, don't hesitate to call or e-mail me.

I look forward to speaking with you.
