My approach to massage therapy is goal-based - whether that goal be to address a specific physical ailment, general muscle tension, or to help bring relief to such things as anxiety and depression. I do not take a cookie cutter approach to massage. Every session is customized to what you need that day.
My style incorporates traditional Swedish techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching. I take the time to listen a person's story, what their needs are, and we work together to create a treatment plan that's best for their schedule, budget and comfort level. I have clients I see weekly, and some only a couple of times a year. Everyone’s needs are different.
