Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is a painful condition where the connective tissue - fascia - on the bottom of the foot becomes inflamed. This can pain when walking, or when the foot is weight-bearing, and inhibit simply walking, as well as running and other exercise.

Massage therapy can bring relief to this condition by addressing the fascia, and releasing the tight muscles underneath. Addressing the calves is also recommended as well, as tight calves and plantar fasciitis often come hand-in-hand (or foot-in-foot, heh.)
